Someone is Nervous.. A certain short fey-touched woman has been going around both the Spire proper and the Undercity asking if anyone had seen someone named "Rio". She describes a scarred woman often seen in a RED blindfold with scales growing on various parts of her body. While not openly distraught it is clear that she is worried, and the more people she seems to ask without getting an answer the more that worry grows. No posters are put up, she seems to be relying fully on asking around.

Poole Stonework, Building, & Architecture   Recently returned from time spent at the university in Tamohn, Cregan Poole has opened an office within the spire to provide his expertise in masonry and building design. A burgeoning tellurgy mage and accomplished architect, he offers his services to any that would seek it.   Already proven in the Spire, Master Poole is the vision behind the renovation of the Spire's own lighthouse, and whether you be a representative of the Seneschalty or the head of a private guild you will find no better stoneworker and builder in the Southern Reach. His offices may be found at the northern end of the wooden walkway that stretches along the western edge of town- attached to the Guardhouse.
